During the conference we produced a number of small video films with which we produced a four hour tv-show broadcasted on the company webb on friday. The show was hosted by a journalist and the content and segments produced in cooperation with our customers information department.
Technically we used:
- Two video cameras.
- One USB cam in the ceeling.
- Graphics that was superimposed on the image (nametags etc)
- One DVE effect to move an image to the side
- One video player to show the 27 items we´ve prepared
We used secondary monitor output to show pur host the videos on a screen in the studio.
The sound from these was played in a small speaker.
All this was made inside the software Videoblaster.

Production desk in the bigconference room. Traditional video gear was used for the big screens in the auditorium.

Software switcher Vidblaster was used for the streaming.

We have a small mixer to control the sound sent to Vidblaster.

And a bigger one for the sound on the stage.

USB camera for overview shots and our improvised studio in the middle of the exhibition.
The guest here is swedish top diplomat Jan Eliasson.

One of our cameras.
The view from my temporary production office in one of the conference rooms!
